Age Policy
To rent a car from Irish Car Rentals, you must be eligible to hold a driving licence for between 8 and 11 years. For more information, please see our full terms & conditions.

Driving Licence Policy
We require that you hold a full, valid (in date), unendorsed driving licence for a minimum or 2 years. Licences must be produced in person during the collection process.

What is the Vehicle Excess?
This vehicle has an excess of € which is held on your credit card. You can reduce your excess to zero* by paying the premium for our Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) cover. *For full details, you can view our full terms & conditions.

Forms of Payment

Documents Required & Payment
When collecting the car, we require that you bring your valid driving licence and a credit / debit card in your own name.

Mileage Policy
All rentals for 35 days or less have unlimited mileage. If your rental is for more than 35 days, your rental has a mileage allowance of 3,000kms per 28 days.

Fuel Policy
We offer two fuel options. One is a prepaid fuel option where you can bring the car back empty. The second option is to bring the car back full or a local refuelling fee will apply.
