Dublin City is the largest city in Ireland and is also the capital of the Republic of Ireland. Located on the East Coast of Ireland; Dublin offers a huge variety of shops, activities, sights and has plenty of entertainment to offer.

Originally founded by the Vikings and expanded by the Normans, Dublin has one of the fastest growing populations of any capital city in Europe.

Dublin City's skyline benefitted from the Celtic Tiger boom more than anywhere else in the country. Areas such as Smithfield and the Docklands have been greatly upgraded.  The Dublin wheel situated beside the recently renovated o2 venue is a great way to see the new Dublin from the world class convention centre to the Dublin Spire and the Guinness storehouse gravity bar.
